King Laundromat

"I’ve been coming to this laundromat for awhile now, and not only am I highly disappointed but surprised to see so many other poor reviews with the same complaints from people which clearly shows that no corrections or changes are being made. This is the latest I’ve come with my son it’s currently 4am & I’m still waiting for a mattress cover to dry after coming out from the spin cycle twice soaking wet. The Hispanic fat bald guy who works here is super rude and needs a training on customer service, it’s bad enough that these workers barely know any English so you can’t even really communicate with them because they just look at you lost. After my cover came out soaking wet the 2nd time around I asked if it could just go straight into the spin mode because I can’t keep on waiting a full cycle, he told me no that it has to go from the beginning no problem my issue was when I asked him okay so what happens if it comes out wet all over again cause this is a different machine & it still came out wet, he then caught an attitude & told me then throw it into the dryer, there was no sorry this happened again I’ll accommodate you and dry it for you, no all I got was attitude then he got super mad that it dripped on the floor as if it being drenched was my fault, he asked me if I had rung it out on the floor then proceeded to mop with an attitude. Icing on top of the cake was when my son went to purchase a can of Sprite from the machine, the can drops down hard causing it to shake, also not his fault so when he went to open it it spilled onto the floor a bit, that man literally yelled for me from across the room just so I could see saying to me look what he just did, smh like are you kidding me as if it were done on purpose, he shakes his head then proceeds again to mop with an attitude. That man should really either retire or consider another job if he is so damn miserable at this one and doesn’t know anything about customer service."

"This laundry mat is not a safe place for you to do your laundry. My daughters and grandsons brand new Christmas clothing has been stolen twice from this place and the staff was unhelpful. They didn’t offer to help find who may have taken the clothing even though they have cameras. Although they have a policy of not being responsible for items they should MANAGE the business responsibly by being courteous, mindful and helpful to those who spend their money using this business. I do not recommend this laundry mat."

"Some lowlife P.O.S customer stole my nearly brand new backpack which I had brought to wash & dry. I chose to wait in my car while the bag was washing and drying. When it was time, I went back inside to get my backpack and ..... it's M.I.A I double checked the area, and spoke with the only worker on site who didn't seem to speak much English. I asked her if she knew of the backpack (maybe it was causing a lot of noise and was removed by the staff) or if she seen anything. She said no, sorry. I asked what can be done ? She said I don't know, and continued to sweep the floors. Id love to speak with a manager about this, if nothing can be done to reimburse me for my backpack. Id love to review the camera footage."

"Workers here need to be more aware of what's going on. They let customers leave clothes in dryer for +20min after it finishes. All the Carts are "saved" with detergent so others cannot use them."

"My daughter paid for her laundry to be done and staff stole two of her Nike zip up hoodies. One was only worn by her once and the other was not as new, same hoodies two different colors stolen at two separate times that she paid for her laundry to be done. They denied any wrong doing even though cameras showed the staff in a out of view area putting the clothes in and then folding the clothes once done. They offered her a $30 store credit but she is out 2 hoodies valued at $140.00, Don’t pay to get your stuff stolen! Cause they will be ripping you off twice."
