"I’ve had bad experiences in this laundry mat multiple times where there are machines that have been done for over 30 minutes and no one comes to take them out. Some people put in clothes and just leave and don’t come back for a while. On days like Saturdays where it is full around 10,11, and 12 where people need to use machines but can’t because some people aren’t taking out their clothes after the machine is done. This happens with the drying machine too and people have to wait around for almost 30 minutes to use the dryers. The workers aren’t allowed to take the clothes out either and that should change. If workers were allowed to take out the clothes from the machines that are done then it would allow people to wait less time and prevent the place from getting full and people wouldn’t have to spend almost an hour waiting for machines. The manger should give the workers permission to take out the clothes from the machines after they are done if the person doesn’t come to take the clothes out after 10 minutes."

"Old Lady at the front desk had an attitude. Didnt want to give me change. Looks 90 she should be retired by now if she doesn’t like her job. Don’t recommend this place. Don’t get fooled by the good reviews they probably bought them."

"Very clean, plenty washers & dryers...Mostly I Love Love The Fact You Don't Need A Card, Quarters Quarters Quarters...Love Love Love That! I hate spots with cards...only 1 negative from my prospective...Not enough parking...otherwise the place is Great!"

"I usually like coming here. The ladies working are always friendly and helpful, but recently I had a bad experience with one of the staff. I live close by and when I have multiple heavy bags I use the carts to take them to my doorstep and I always make sure to bring the cart right back to the laundromat. However, this afternoon a man was standing outside and started yelling at me saying the carts couldn’t go outside. I was confused as I have always seen other people do this too. I tried to explain that I lived in eye-range of where he was and I would be quick, but he began yelling. Then, he finally said, “just go”, but when I returned to put the cart back and apologize he began saying, “let this be the last time” and making it seem as if I was going to steal/damage the cart. I would have understood and not been upset if he had spoken to me in a more civil manner without having to yell. Like I said, most of the staff are always friendly so it came as a surprise to me. I do not know if this man is the owner, or just an employee, but he really needs to learn how to speak to customers and cut the macho-man attitude."

"Usually orderly and not too crowded. Only complaint is that some people don’t know how to use the bathroom in a clean manner. Other than that, the machines work great. There are two bathrooms and one place where you can purchase laundry supplies."
