"Terrible place. I sent her expensive garments to dry clean stains out of. Went to her after the treatment and the stain is still there. So I marked it again with the blue tape and waited another week. I go again and I was told the stain won’t be able to come off unless I sign a paper saying that the stones on the garment may be damaged. I asked why I wasn’t told this when I first showed them the stains. Owner was put on the phone with me and refused to do anything about it. She said the stain is a “stubborn” stain and it can’t come out. She said the stain is probably “old” (it’s not). The funny thing is a family member sent her a dress and she said the same thing about some stains. The person took the dress home and used some sparkling water and was able to get the stains out with ease. Quite a lousy place. Would definitely look into other places. I never put bad reviews up but when the owner is rude, stubborn, and does not want to help the customer, then it is necessary."

"Still waiting for my clothes. It’s already 5 days past the expected pick up date. I’ll update review once I get my clothes. Update: Just got a nasty call from what I believe to be the owner of the dry cleaner. I was called a liar and scam artist. Not sure how I'm either. Especially a scam artist. I understand that these reviews have an impact on your business but it does not give you the right to call my phone and call me names! I asked her to give me a call once she cools down and then we can have a civilized conversation."
