"Don’t let the size of this laundromat fool you. I began using this place about 6 months ago. On my first visit everything went well with regards to the machines, the customer service was and continue to be lacking. I tried asking a question to the individual who worked there and he behave as if he could not speak nor understand English. On my second and third visit the machines did not was my clothes. I found this out while removing my clothes after the wash. This cause me to spend and additional $40.00 each time to re-wash, I brought it to the attendant’s attention and he dismissed me as if again, he did not understand what I was saying. I went back for the last time on Sunday morning May 7th 2023 @5:20 AM. I had about 5 bags I place the bags at the door nearest to Bedell because that’s was where I parked. I went inside from the other door which was open to open the door on the opposite side, which was lock at which time the door would not open. A customer suggest that I ask the attendant who was in the janitors closet next to the door. I did as the customer instructed this guy told me he could not open the door because he had to wait for the manager to come and open it. I have been in that Laundromat when that door were unlock by this attendant not the manager. I took my clothes and left there is no way I will keep giving my money to this business that do not respect their customers. This attendant is lazy he move around that place, in slow motion he does not speak and refuse to assist when ask. He has no people skills and he does not seem to care, because his boss the owner do not care about the people in the community. Yet it’s the community that is keeping him in business. The only thing business such as this understand is money. After this last experience I went out and purchase my own washer and dryer."
