"I have been going here on and off for a few years and their service just get worst every year. They are extremely rude and rush you. I will not be coming here again."

"My family and I have patronized Kwon’s Ace Cleaners for 30+ years. 1st trip, I brought a total of 3 pieces to be altered for prom with specific instructions that the material that was cut off of the bottom of one of the gowns be hemmed and returned; it was going to be utilized as a shawl for the gown itself. 2nd trip, Two pieces came back fine, the third piece needed to be re-altered because with all the measuring and writing down he (owner) was doing it still wasn’t done as requested (except for the length, but because he didn’t alter the top half of the gown properly, it threw the length off that was already cut from the first trip). After 2nd trip, It now needs to be cut again because guess what….*drum roll* it’s not cut straight!), which means an inadequate job was done from the beginning. The extra material that was cut off that I asked to be hemmed and returned were thrown away, I didn’t find this out until I asked several times by the owner and associate; initially I was looked at as if I had a thousand heads by the owner and associate. Now I need to dish out additional funds to find material or a shawl for the gown AND the gown needs additional alterations. Yes, I could go back and have it redone because it’s paid in full, however it’s not worth it for me. Kwon’s Ace Cleaners please do better. In this situation there was a lack of professionalism, honesty and integrity. Thank you Kwon’s Ace Cleaners for adding additional stress to an already stressful process."

"Had a horrible experience. Sneakers were worse than a got them. And they smelled like mold. Also I had to wait Three weeks after the expected time they said it would be. I would not recommend this place to my worse enemy. This place needs to be shut down. It seemed like they do nothing."

"Horrible Horrible service brought in a dress To have. A slit down the side and when the lady touched the dress 2 grease marks came on so I said I will have it dry cleaned also they charged me $20 to have this completed when we got the dress no slit and the strap broke immediately and I called to ask why they did not do a slit and she said you only wanted dry cleaning!!!!!! No I went to get a slit on the dress and your dirty hands made a mess on it so then I wanted it dry clean. Don’t go to this place they can not do alterations and are rude!!!!!!"
