"I work in Brooklyn and live in Jamaica Queens and have a mother and aunt in a nursing home because I'm by myself, I try to use the facility on Sutphin Boulevard and they folded up wet clothes packed in plastic bag and handed it to me.I work hard and don't appreciate lousy service. I unfortunately will have to go elsewhere. It was convenient but I don't need that type of service, I have enough on my plate..."
"Machines are expensive, cards are cheaply made with a chip that gives errors. Paid $50 on the card, when it was time to dry, card gave errors. My debt card is over 6yrs old and never have these problems with a chip reader. 2nd free card was still giving errors. Spend your 3-4hrs here wisely."
"Now using hot water for washing has increased at clean rite ..this is grossly unacceptable..the price for washing with normal cold water is lower..a subtly move of clean rite to force persons to use cold water washing. Not forgetting mention dryers instead of drying clothes just cools the clothes...insufficient heat. It's noticeable of the decline of patrons due to the unreasonable hike on prices for washing.. I predict this decline will continue...Patrons needs to boycott clean rit"
"Expensive. This place will pressure you and harass you around and complain when you need help. Not a family-oriented place, got told off over toddlers making noise. If you don't want to work here don't work here. If my kid comes to do laundry with me obviously I'll have my hands tied a bit. You're not a help if you can't kindly speak to kids. Must be why the place is so deserted. It's already stressful enough as it is. Maybe some empathy for the next people, we won't be coming back."
"I like it, a 24/7 operation. Clean facilities, attendant on site. A little pricey than your basic NYC laundromat but you do get what you pay for in terms of cleanliness, TV's to watch and quality of machines, its a no-cash operation. I tend to relax and watch videos on my phone. I also wash during slow hours which makes my washing experience quiet and productful. Hard working professionals like Jackie make this possible and keep the place running like a swiss watch."
