"I've been using this laundry for a few months now. I've asked the employees about the air conditioning, and they've told me it's been under repair for over a week. It's extremely hot during the summer, and it's disappointing that the company doesn't have air conditioning. Their employees are working in 95-degree heat with just some fans. Customers are spending their money here only to receive poor service. It's incredibly disappointing and unreasonable for a company not to prioritize basic comfort. It seems they're cutting corners by not fixing their air conditioner promptly, which shows a lack of consideration for their employees and customers alike."

"This location needs better management. Customers really need to know their worth and not support places that are not being taken care off. The workers are not the problem for the way the laundromat looks inside in regards to upkeep. (Dirty ceilings, walls, machines and fans. The employees do a good job cleaning and sweeping but they are helpless when asked questions. The turnover rate in this establishment represents the management."
"My clothes were taken out of the dryer still wet and there were several other dryers available. The attendant admitted to taking my clothes out the machine and stated that it got really crowded in the 10 minutes I was gone but yet upon my return all of these dryers are available and the laundromat only had less then 5 people in it and over 16 dryers available. ???? It always something with this location I go here because it’s close but after today I will be using a different location that has more respect for peoples personal belongings. Last week the attendant literally was sweeping my foot because there was a tooth pick under my shoe. She didn’t ask me to move or say excuse me nothing. I’m loading my clothes into the washer and next thing you know she walks up from behind starts literally sweeping my right foot until I moved so she could sweep up the tooth pick from the floor. I like clean rites but I now hate this location. I will be making a formal complaint to the corporate headquarters as well."
