"So I got there on a Thursday night at 10:30pm with my dirty clothes. I had walked 15 minutes with a heavy load of clothing and as soon as I took out money from my debit card to purchase a laundry card the clerk lady came out and rudely told me (as she was in the phone) that they whether closing early that day. I was really pist because online it says 24 hours. I told her that and she told me not on that day. I asked her what about tomorrow, she said open 24 hours and then I ask what about the next day. 24 hours too. I ended up walking home with nothing accomplished and on top of that I lost my $30 bucks while walking home. Really really upset about the service and I cannot help but feel like she just didn’t want me to do my laundry there. I wouldn’t recommend this place. Really took me back since I’m myself Mexican born and raised in my country and my own people treating me so badly. Wont ever go there again, smh."
"Was a little disappointed because the reviews are what made me come. 1) The cost are a little higher than expected. 2) Dryers do not work well. My clothes was in one machine for 30 mins and came out cold and wet. They added more time to the machine after they cleared out the lent, but I wasn’t the only one who had this experience that day. A couple of people had to dry there clothes again. 3) The smell coming from the washer machine smell like sewage. I was confused and concerned that my clothes was going to take on the smell. Thank God it didn’t."
