"Horrible service ! The lady that works there is so rude . I got there at 8:50pm and she said that she closes at 10:00pm so i said ok so i have time . But then she says that she closes exactly at 10:00pm no exceptions..... my clothes was going to be ready at 10:02pm and she said no ..... she says she doesn’t get paid for those extra 2 minutes which is fine .... but come on .... have some consideration....... we are all family ...... and it was my first in here..... me thinking that it was going to be very nice .... but i was wrong .... really disappointed....... the inside of the laundrymat is very nice and clean ..... new machine everything...... but the lady that works at night is just horrible.... so sad to say this ."
