"I used to think this laundromat was good, but all it’s gone down hill. Tons of the carts are broken and lots of washers and dryer don’t work. I counted 12 were broken. The parking is a perk, but you have to come at off hours to not have any parking issues."

"I always come here, only one of all the girls who works here is nice, today I came on time to wash my clothe and this rude lady approached me saying “you can’t wash clothe ma’am we close at 8:30 and at 9:45 I have to go” I’m sorry but if you don’t like your job that’s not our problem, you just make all the costumers happy and trust me with that attitude you’re not doing it. Too bad for this business"

"She was so so so patient and understanding. I had gotten to another one that said closed 10p but I guess they changed it to 6p last wash ... I looked EVERYWHERE ( probably 7:30p) either closed or if there was one that was open I'd call and no answer or no # listed...mind you I have no car that's why I wanted to make sure open before I paid for a Lyft It was past last wash.... thankfully my driver spoke Spanish and translated. I said even if not completely dry. She let me come. She helped put my money on the card while I loaded washers... we'd Google translate if I had a question. Not only that there's a little extra "entertainment" I've never seen in one before. Helped with dryer I lost track of time it was 2 min after 10 I grabbed my things and she patiently waited for me to get my things together ******The comment about no mask...maybe it was a random event I don't believe it's fair. I will definitely go back again...very patient and nice These days some places forget and could lose business. If I had the money I would've given her at least a 5"

"This Laundromat was alright but now they went down the drain. They aren’t being safe about Covid. They might have a sign to wear a mask, but they definitely don’t enforce it. There was two ladies inside with no masks at all. These two ladies weren’t even together. Neither wore a mask the wore time they were there, both walked around the laundromat like masks weren’t required. A lot of the machines are always broken as well. When covid first started I did see the employee wipe down the machines many times. Now I haven’t seen them do it at all."

"I enjoy this place mainly. But for some reason I can’t understand why the thermostat is reading that it’s 86 degrees inside. They have a south facing store. Treat the windows with some shades or something. Give an employee the means to adjust the temperature. You charge about 5¢ more a Minute To dry and 25¢ more for a load of clothes. Surely you can lower the temperature. Looking a better laundromat today"
