"I had a really bad experience here today on 8-14-24. It just rubbed me the wrong way so I will not be returning to this laundromat. The owner needs to watch who he hires. They have some untrustworthy staff that work in this establishment. I won't get too deep because the whole situation pissed me off to where I was going to call the police. If you drop your card they will steal it and act like they don't know what happened. The Spanish security guard thinks he owns the place he's very very sneaky & has a trickster spirit becareful talking to him."

"This is my weekly laundromat. There has been recent change in staff very obvious of the new atmosphere . The Spanish lady and the Black lady in the am are very nice and friendly however later in the day the other staff are rude and don’t understand English very well , the spanish male I have witnessed him being rude to customers. I have noticed the price of the washer go up often without posting notices, I check every time I’m there , If it continues I might have to find another laundromat to patronize or invest in a machine at home.The laundromat is very clean inside and they keep the parking lot clean and also no loitering."

"This is not a coin operated laundromat. You have to get a laundry card which is free. The small machines are 4 dollars and some change the big machines are 7 dollars and some change. I forgot how much change. The dryers are 59 cents I forget how long. I only go there to wash my blankets. I was able to fit 4 blankets in the biggest machine along with some clothes."

"I be washing here for a long time used to be my favorite but now they have new staffs and they are very rude especially the short Spanish man he act like he is the owner he put everyone out of the laundromat one day without allowing us to dry our clothes because it was snowing and he want to go home it was before 3 pm Another time I was washing and my son try to used the bathroom he stop my son my son told him we have clothes washing and when my son was in the bathroom he started to knock on the door he must leave immediately my son was unable to used the bathroom he also told him that he can take his clothes out and leave if he have a problem This man is terrible and need to be replaced cause I be spending my money here every week I wash a lot because I have a family of 6 I wish I didn’t have to press on the star please bring back the old staff they are the best and most friendly"
