"Very bad service experience. From short lady with glasses. Very rude & disrespectful. The guy Jose that works in morning is the only person there that treats people with some kind of respect. I have been coming here for years I seen so many different staff change over the years. The short lady with the glasses that’s there all the time is The worse I speak to her every time I come to wash I also do drop off sometimes. Never again no sudzy deserves my hard earn money I advise you to look for a better laundry service."
"I just arrived in the morning of February 8 this year and I was planning to use this big machine and saw this big plastic bag on top of it. Ask the attendant to move it and instead she asked me to move it. It’s part of your job to move clean the top of the machine and and all of a sudden this two guys come saying your not working here I said of course but you should clean and do that job not the customer to move it. She just moved it a little away from where you put the detergents. Never take it out even ask one customer around if he owns but he said no. Bad customer service. But I do always have an attendant who is really good. This attendants around are not."
