"Went in for laundry drop off services and 5 items of laundry are missing. I have tried to call the number multiple times to address the matter and no one answers the phone. Update: I've called the number on the receipt which is the same number listed on Google. Shortly after I posted my review, someone from the location called me. I explained what was missing and they reported they would call me back. However I have yet to hear back from anyone regarding the missing items."

"I came to this laundromat for the drop off service and all of my clothes and bed sheets shrunk. Nothing fits anymore! I asked them to put it on low heat/temperatures for both washer and dryer and said I’d be glad to pay extra to do so. They said they’d do it without charging extra but I don’t think they did and now my clothes are too small to wear and the sheets don’t fit my bed. This is beyond frustrating especially because it was my first time here. I am absolutely dissatisfied with their service."

"The place itself is pretty nice. It's new and they use a card to activate the machines and they have a couple of machines to fill the card once you get it. It's open 24 hours with parking in the rear. The rear entrance is open until about 10PM. And opens again early morning with parking in the rear. It is a bit pricey but for a fairly new place it is not bad. There is Wi-Fi and one bathroom."

"Edit: You can be welcoming of whoever. You have people with open containers in a facility that doesn’t serve food. The suitcases all over is a trip hazard. And you have giant dogs with no leash coming in who aren’t service animals. People who have spent tons of money here and been coming here for years feel UNCOMFORTABLE. Used to be a great and safe laundry mat that was worth paying $ extra for the fact they take card and it’s cleaner and bigger than most places! But unfortunately is now packed with illegal *GROWN ADULT* “migrants” (with no children) who most likely are coming from being housed in the nearby area, who bring in large dogs that are not service animals, suitcases flooding the floors, drinking inside, don’t move out the way to get through, and just plain rowdy and antagonistic.. sad. Not the owners fault. Will miss this place."

"So I came in tonight after work to wash my work uniforms and had a very uncomfortable experience. I kept being watched by a worker even though the place has about only 3people washing at the moment. I was told I cannot use the large dryers like the other customer’s ,that I can only pay to use multiple small dryers and was continuously watched .the only difference between me and the other customers was that I’m darker in skin tone I’m very disappointed in how I was treated ."
