"On March 10th, 2024 I picked up two coats. The Mexican with the glasses charged me twice. She robbed me. I think she took the first $80.00 to feed her kids. When I picked up the coats she claimed I never paid in the first place. So, I was forced to pay another $80.00 to get my coats out. Money doesn’t grow on trees. This place is dishonest. Avoid it at all costs!"

"Although I am a returning customer, I had an incident with this place recently. I walk in to do one load, most machines are out of service and the rest are done & taken. The front lady is chit chatting with a customer and I settle for the small 3.00 machines & do half a load. The lady comes up to me and points at her watch to let me know I don't have time. It was around 7:40, I told her alright ill make sure to stay here till my load is finished. The lady she was talking to came back and finally took her clothes out of the machine (the one I wanted to use). I finally put my clothes to dry after 20 minutes. When my clothes was finished I decided to quickly fold my clothes so I can head home, the lady came up to me frantically and told me "go fold your clothes at home, I just cleaned the table". Disgusting behavior as a store owner/operator. Especially because she had rushed me to finish washing my clothes while she was busy talking to a customer that had left her clothes in after the machine was finished. She allowed whoever that customer was to take her sweet time and rushed me out of the laundromat. I would never want to come back here again, disgusting unethical customer service environment. Not only did I waste my time on settling for half a load bc she couldn't tell that lady to take her clothes out of the machine, I paid anyway. screw this place."

"I'm surprised at the reviews it has gotten since I have had a very nice reception. The people have always been polite. You can wash a small load for as little as $1.75 in cold water and $2.00 for Hot water (as of 2019, prices may change later on or might have differed before this review) . The larger loads cost a bit more but are still very affordable. I think this is a great deal, in most places a small load cost $3 to wash. The place is very clean looking every time I go in. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Each time I've asked for change or a bag etc they have always been kind and have tried to help. Sometime I forget my load in the dryer so when I came back 2 or 3 hours later after my dryer has stopped the lady has my DRY load inside clear bags or a laundry cart and informs that she had to take my load out of the dryers because someone needed the dryers. Which is okay by me since .... A. My load is already dry, B. The place is not huge and I understand other customers need to use the facilites, C. I took like 3 hours to come back, D. The ladies where nice enough to place my things in one place and is sort of under their supervision. All in all it's a clean, very affordable place with very nice staff."
