Wash Club

"This used to be a decent company. Lately, the quality of the work has gone downhill. Clothes are missing buttons, shorts and shirts have gone missing, and the staff are incredibly rude. I live in a doorman building, and typically they pick up the laundry from them. On this last wash, the doorman was on break, so my husband went to the lobby and pointed out to the driver which bag was ours. When we got the laundry back, there were approximately 25 items that were not ours, along with a laundry bag from a different company. I had noticed the charge for the laundry seemed high - and it was much higher than it usually has been - and now I know why. Their driver took an extra bag that wasn’t his to take, they failed to recognize the error or they ignored it, they washed the laundry anyway, and then charged me for all of it, and said nothing. I sent them a message informing them of the mistake and asking what they would do to settle the overcharging for me. They said it was the doorman’s fault and I said that wasn’t the case; he was on break. Then they tried to blame my husband and said he gave them the other persons bag as well. He would not something so stupid. At this point, they have refused to address overcharging me and have tried to blame others for their mistake. They refuse to take any responsibility because they are not good at running a business. I informed them the third time I had to message them I would be speaking with my bank about their charges, and like the unprofessional people they are, they just aren’t responding. Avoid this company. Don’t make the same mistake I and others on here have made. Do not trust them if you use them, and make sure you weigh and document everything with photos and writing if you hope to have something to argue about when they inevitably screw up. If you value your clothes, your money, and good customer service, go anywhere else but here."

"So far my experience with WashClub is terrific. They sent me a notification before they picked up my laundry and again when they picked it up on time. Then I got a notification when they are delivering and delivered all on time and the laundry was perfectly done. This is my 3rd year with WashClub and I am very happy with the service. "Sent 6 laundry bags and my some of my clothes came back ruined. Burned from too much time in the dryer. These were the last clothes my dad wore before he passed. The company thought it was reasonable to give me store credit after someone came to my house to look at the damaged items and keep them. Made no sense at all. I spent a total of almost $600 for terrible service. Will never use them again."
