"The attendant is rude. I saw a washer had finished so I asked the attendant to help because I already had been waiting for a machine for 15 min. She wouldn’t remove the persons items out of the washer but while I was out front waiting my clothes to finish drying had no problem removing my items in seconds. I feel like I was discriminated towards because I don’t look Spanish like everyone in the laundry mat. If I could give this service zero stars I would have. This is just crazy to be treated so poorly or even spoken back to so rude and negatively. You should train your girls to have better etiquette towards paying customers."
"If I could I would have given them negative 5 stars. If you aren't of Spanish decent I would suggest you save yourself the frustrations and mistreatment by never coming to this particular location. This is the worse customer service I've experienced in my life and I've been in the food industry for over 20 years, which can be very hectic. Apparently, an employee on her day off decides to allow her friend take the remaining 4 machines instead of accommodating the regular paying customers. She could've given her two and given me the other two but, she decides to hurry and give away the last 4 machines in the laundromat another to a young lady of Spanish decent after I clearly asked for the machines prior to her removing her clothes for the other young lady. HORRIBLE‼️ It seemed my race (African American) played a role in her not sharing the machines with me. I will never give them another penny from my pocket again. Mainly, because I will never be completely comfortable in this environment due to my ethnicity."
