It doesn't matter that they are waiting I was there first and paid for my own clothes I don't need anyone touching it if the machine is done for 5 minutes. Now.... I have items missing because the staff decided to offer unwarranted help"

"This place is absolutely horrible--avoid at all costs. Their machines are old and constantly broken. During the COVID-19 pandemic--an already stressful and difficult time--I went to do a load, paid the $2.25, and got it started, only to realize that there was no cold water pouring in because the machine is broken. I told the attendant that I would like my clothes out of the machine so I can take them elsewhere. She asked me to wait for 15 min. to "see if the machine will open," which I did. After 15 min., I went back to retrieve my clothes, but the broken machine would still not open. At this point, the attendant called the owner, and after she was not successful in conveying that I would like my clothes out of the broken machine immediately, she passed the phone on to me. I spoke to the owner and told him that they need to find a way to get my clothes out of the broken machine immediately, and was informed that it would take him at least an HOUR (????) to drive over from wherever he lives. This is completely unacceptable. The owner is very much aware that their machines are old and constantly broken (they have "out of order" signs on at least 1/3 of their machines at all times), yet they continue to try to run their business at the expense of the time, sanity, and convenience of their clients. Needless to say, I will never do laundry here again!"

"Definitely my go-to laundromat. I switch between dropping off my laundry and doing it myself. I love dropping off my laundry - they put everything in the dryer unless you give them direction not to. They sort our clothes into men's and women's clothing when folding. They sort each type of item - tanks with tanks, jeans with jeans, etc. The clothes smell fresh and wonderful. I love this place and the kind workers."
