"Astoria Laundry post from my experiences every time I do my laundry is the best laundry mat in Astoria. The reason for it being the best one in my neighborhood is for the amazing friendly service I get every single time I step foot in there from Jackie the manager! Efficient and friendly service consistently is what always brings customers back. That’s what makes this business standout from the rest! Jackie is always super helpful and sweet to me and everyone that walks in there. She even keeps holiday candy at the counter that she personally buys herself for the customers! Next time you need to drop off your cloths ask for Jackie ( the manager ) to do your laundry. Jackie folds your cloths perfectly and they smell amazing! "This laundry depot is clean. The staff are friendly. There is plenty of room to do your laundry and it has never been crowded on my visits. They have a change machine here and offer drop off/pick up services. Right now the two big washers are down, so you might have to use two of the smaller ones."

The layout of the laundromat made it easy to navigate and find an open machine. One thing that stood out to me was how clean the laundromat was kept. Even though there were a lot of people using the machines, the floors, and surfaces were constantly being monitored and cleaned by the staff. This attention to cleanliness made me feel comfortable using the machines. The prices for using the machines were also very reasonable, especially considering how well-maintained they were. Plus, the laundromat offered a discount that you can find at the front desk.
