"The owner of this Jacks Laundromat is allowing the JMV Boot service collect cash from customers who actually use the laundromat. This is so wrong at all levels. The ordinance in the wall posted does not even enforce their wrong actions. Community please don't pay cash if you get booted. Call the police and pay check and then dispute it at court. This has to stop. In my case the guy said I arrive at 2:25 but my Lexus displayed the parked locations with time and I have proof I got there at 2:38 and 10 min later I was calling the cops as I saw the guy from the laundry window booted my car."
"It's always nice and easy plenty of washer and.dryers machines but some customers act like they own the place specially when the clothes carts are taken for.two people and leave the rest with the garbage one....I went yesterday and still the same."

"I went early morning on sunday. At that time this place is no packed and crowded of people and children running around in the karts. For me today was pleasant with some piece of mind.
