"UPDATE: they found the pants after a week and contacted me, which I appreciate. They charged no fee for the pants. - - - - - - - - - Wow I really wanted to like this place, but oh boy was I wrong. I went last Monday to drop off my husband's three shirts and one pair of pants. Male owner said to pick up Friday, but I didn't have time to go until today (which is following Tuesday). He could not locate the pants in his shop, and said he'll look for them again and call me. Later he calls me saying "I remember" you coming to pick up your stuff before (meaning prior to today), but that time only pants were ready and shirts were not so you picked up pants already last time you were here. (Then why did I still have the ticket for the pants). Oh and he told me to go look in my closet for the pants. I tried telling him that I can assure you I did not come to pick up anything since last Monday, but he kept insisting that's what he "remembers" giving them to me, but "doesn't have proof". Finally he said if they are really lost (if I can't find them in my closet), he can reimburse us either in cash or credit, and asked how much the pants were. Oh and this part is the kicker- I said they were Banana Republic and $100, he got very defensive and said Banana Republic pants don't cost $100 and that "I can check the price myself". I said go ahead and check the price online, he said fine and then the phone call just ended. If this was an one-time occurrence, I would not be writing this review, but unfortunately this is the second time they lost my husband's pants. That other time, male owner also said to check our home for the pants instead of admitting his mistake. We plan on never going back, we don't want money for the lost pants, but we will make sure if anyone asks for dry cleaners recommendation in the neighborhood, will surely be saying to stay away from Jonel."
