"I rarely ever leave reviews for businesses which should say something in itself. I had taken my white designer bag (that i bought in june 2022, barely used) to get cleaned here. Roughly two weeks later, when we came to pick it up, the leather on the strap was black (keep in mind this is an all white bag). When we commented on it, the owner laughed and said “It’s not a big deal,” referencing we should not be upset and he just forgot to put a finish coat on the strap and it can be fixed. True business owners know, you should never hand back an item in worse conditions than when it was given to you. This being said, we allowed them to fix what they said was solvable. We waited another few weeks and came to pick it up. The leather on the straps were painted white like a child painted it (see pictured). We refused to take it back. They said they will order a brand new strap from the designer, free of charge. We later get a call saying they need to drop the bag off with the company in order for them to get the correct strap. Once sent out, they said it will take 3-4 months to get back. At this point, we’ve been waiting for 2-3 months already for the bag. We spoke to a representative from the company and he said it should only take 1 month. We still don’t know the details between the cleaners and wherever they sent it out to but we told them to send the bag back so I can handle it myself. After 4 months, we finally picked up the bag and have to figure out how to get it fixed."

"I gave them a Prada bag two months ago. The strap was poorly finished with a disgusting white paint job that they tried to sneak past me by saying “that’s how the strap was when we got it (untrue) I had photos for reference. When brought to who I believe is the owner laughed at me and said “it’s no big deal, I have expensive stuff as well” was the response. I was told I would have the bag back by the end of the week with the correct pain job. I’ve called the place several times and have been told the bag was going to come in by the end of the week. It’s been two months and I still have yet to receive the bag. The white finish they put on the bag was so horrible they had to reach out to Prada personally for a replacement strap and still no bag in site. I also tried to get 6 sweat pants hemmed around the leg area during this ordeal and I was told $85. Consider using a different cleaners."
