"Started out very good. Now that they have business their service and quality has gone down the tubes. I have complained several times about bringing my shirts there and getting my collars wrinkled by the time I get home. They rubber band all the shirts together damaging the collars that they just iron. Never once did they offer me a free shirt or any other kind of explanation. They promised me they wouldn't rubber. Band them again and then. I returned to pick up my 10 shirts. And it's the same thing all over again. Highly recommend people to start looking elsewhere. Since management doesn't seem to care about their customers"

"Edit: I emailed the contact and the owner called me and offered to make things right. He was as surprised as I was this happened. Great customer service and honesty on his side. I understand things can happen, so while I'm sad for the coat, the owner stepped up and corrected things. Absolutely destroyed a brand new long DKNY coat. I got it back with holes all over the outside shell, and all buttons ripped out so now I have to attempt getting it fixed at a tailor."
