"ZERO Stars! STAY AWAY!!!! This company uses unscrupulous tactics to get you to sign a contract. I actually don't even remember signing the contract that was presented when I tried to cancel the service. The amount of money they want to cancel this contract is pure robbery. I tried to negotiate stating we had previously been in a five year contract which we completed but he said the contract automatically renews for another 5 years. Do not sign anything! it will cost you THOUSANDS of dollars. Shady company with shady business tactics."

"Truck driver blocks up a one way nursing home parking lot, instead of backing up a bit to let traffic thru. Dispatch makes excuses that the driver was on route since 4am. This gives the driver the right to be inconsiderate? And make everyone else late?"

"Stay away from this company , provided horrible service to our surgical center. When repeated calls are made about lack of surgical scrubs , they placed the blame on us for “stealing” the scrubs and patient gowns. They are negligent and non responsive when repeated calls were made about our lack of delivery. They also insisted in holding us to a multi-year contract and subsequently without our knowledge. They removed 24 thousand dollars from our bank account. We do not recommend using this company and will be informing other physicians and local surgical centers."

"Very poor customer service. Their sales guy had me sign paperwork claiming it was to get service started after discussing quantities and pricing. Of course, leaving out the most important part of being locked into a 5 year contract. NEVER would have I signed if I knew that. I have made numerous calls to him in the few months I have been a customer stating that the driver is not dropping off the correct quantities of sheets. He assured me each time that it would be resolved and would never then follow up to be sure things were OK. I also spoke with the driver on one occasion explaining how many sheets were supposed to be dropped off each week. He, as well, stated he would make a note in my account as he was never told about this. I continued to get a deliveries of the incorrect quantities. At my last delivery, I left a note for the driver stating I was canceling and to take the entire inventory back. One week passes, with no call from the company. But what I do get the following week was another delivery of sheets stating they would continue dropping off sheets until details were worked out. I called and spoke with an account manager explaining all the problems I was experiencing. He assured me he would speak with my sales rep and regional manager to resolve the issue and have someone stop by to pick up the sheets. One week later and no call back and I still have a bunch of sheets at my office I cannot store or use. Beyond frustrated. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB as well. Never use this company!"
