"Dropped my uggs of on 12/9 and I call them on 12/16 and they told me it’s takes around 2 weeks so I called back again on 12/23 but no one picked up the phone . My Uggs been at the cleaners for a whole month so I decided to call them today as of 1/8 and they told me they were ready . I checked the receipt and it’s say to call me on Friday 12/22 because they were ready . So when was yall going to call me to let me know ? Then to make matters worse , they ruin the fur on my uggs , there brown lint balls stuck everywhere and that’s not how my fur looked when I dropped them off ."

"Unfortunately, they always wash my expensive custom dress shirts when I explicitly have stated to dry clean only. And, I don't mind the cost of dry cleaning but when you insist on doing it your way versus the customer paying, that is an issue. To make matters worse, the shirts are returned to me shrunken in the arm length and tight to the point where I cannot wear them. For well over $100 per custom shirt, this should not have happen as regular washing of dressing shirts and drying in a commercial dryer will cause shrinkage. Note, listen to the customer paying you and wash it their way if they want it drycleaned. I also haven't been back due to this. Hopefully they've changed where I can give them one last try?"

"I rarely write reviews but I couldn’t let this slide, so first I see their prices are pretty expensive but I still sent my designer clothes because I wanted to have the best care for these items. So I brought some of my boyfriends clothes to get cleaned, let’s start off with they charged my card $1500 before I even picked up any of my clothes for things that weren’t even cleaned yet, an extra $700 to fix a jackets beads and $225 to clean a hand painted pants ..after coming in they refunded me back the money for the jacket & the pants then .. the next day I pick up the clothes & they literally shrunk every designer sweat shirts I sent to them .. EVERY PAIR .. my boyfriend can’t even wear them anymore! what’s the point of paying such high prices to clean expensive clothes if you’re going to ruin them???? Never again. I’m so disappointed and frustrated I sent my stuff to this establishment. I have a jacket to pick up Monday & i’m praying it isn’t ruined."

"Hallak Cleaners repaired a damaged cashmere jacket for me. They approximated and strengthened the area where the tear occurred with the end result looking very good. They saved my jacket. I was very impressed with the professionality by which they operate. They have free pick up and delivery. I also found that their price was about half of what I anticipated. A very good experience."
