"Infested with roaches and about 5 inches of thick dirt/dust on just about everything. The roaches are literally crawling in the detergent dishes. The detergent dishes are full of mold as well as the actual washing machines doors. Old Mega Laundromat does not exist anymore and the owners should be ashamed at how dirty this place has become. What does it take to wipe down the machines and dishes instead of the person that’s working for the day hanging out on their phone doing nothing but watching the place get dirtier."

"Very rude. If I could give this place a 0 for respecting people I would. I went into the Laundromat and mind you I am a professional and I also look like one. But this Asian man very rudely said to me not long after entering the Laundromat...What are you doing as soon as I went in the direction of the change machine. My reply was excuse me...and He repeated it rudely again. It could have been because I black there was no other reason he would approach me. As soon as I went toward the change machine to get change for a five, he told me I can't use his machine. I normally dont go to this Laundromat but a much more modern one called Clean City up the street. So after he said this I noticed that there was an ATM machine in the Laundromat machine also. So I said to him if I could to use the ATM machine. He said, No!! Its one thing if you have a rule that no one is to use the machine and it's for the sole purpose of those washing clothes at that specific time. But it's also important not to be rude to a new comer and to tell them they cannot use your ATM is absurd! I've never experienced any store that denied anyone from using their ATM!! First impressions are everything. You dont talk to people like they're beneath you. I wouldnt pay a dog to use this Laundromat. I told him I'll be reporting him to the Better Business Bureau and I also plan to report this to the the Federal Trade Commission.It's one thing if you have your rule about people getting change from your machine. Its another when you dont want someone to use the ATM ....very racist!!!!"
