Laundromat and Dry Cleaning

"I think this is one of the worst laundromat I ever wash my clothes in it’s disgusting inside the laundromat and inside the machines the machines have a mildew smell inside of them most of the machines and dryers are not in working order they whole system is outdated and needs a update they need renovation done badly they also charge you $5 for a card and three of the machines work it should be a free wash & dry They have a sign that says you have to be present when washing your clothes the lady employee seen me sitting outside front in my car with the driver door open she still preceded to take my clothes out instead of letting me know so now I’m putting my wet clothes in the dryer most of the dryers are out of order so she has drop-off clothes sitting in dryers just sitting there so I ask her can she remove the clothes from the dryer so I can use the dryer she told me NO so I said you can take my clothes out the washer and sit them to the side but you can take those out so I can use the dryer make it make sense DO NOT WASH YOUR CLOTHES HERE YOU GOING TO BE MAD MAD"

"This place is disgustinging . Look at the condition of the machines . The cleanest looking part is the bathroom . They have all these rules and the machines are so expensive and no one cleans . Oh it gets better they have dryers reserved for drop offs only which means if that machines stop and your waiting for a dryer they tells you no you can’t use those machine . Your warned don’t ever wash here . Unless you’re washing your dogs stuff or bathrooms stuff . I wish I could give this place a negative zero"

"Dryer takes forever to dry your clothes, $5 for a new laundry card with no balance and no other option to pay, and there is one lady working there that is very, very rude who walks around without a mask even though omicron is everywhere right now."

"I've been going here for almost a year now and I like the place. It's bright and clean, there are a lot of machines (with washing machines available in 2, 3, 4, 6 and 8-load sizes), there are numerous folding stations, there's a vending machine for supplies if needed, places to sit down, and the machines run off a proprietary card. The only reason it's 4-stars and not 5 is that I think it's a bit on the expensive side."

"The only reason I give this laundromat 2 stars is bc there is 1 woman who works there who is exemplary. Her name is Sophia. Unfortunately, there are 2 other women who work there who are far from it! Neither could care less & not willing to help until you demand it! I was warned that I would have to buy a money card for an additional $5 the next time I came, in order to use it, only to be told by the same sour woman that I didn’t have to, the next week when I returned. The last time I was there, the machine was not working & neither the loud mouth woman or the man who services the machines, possibly one of the owners, took me first requesting twice, & then demanding loudly that they move my laundry to another machine. And this after telling them a half hour before that I didn’t have the time that day. I was told to relax & no apology whatsoever! On top of this, when I put money into one of the dryers, it stopped working, another machine out of order. He returned the 50 cents but he could not return the 45 minutes I lost that added even more stress to an already impossible day. He thought I wanted his money when an apology would have gone a long way. Obviously I will never return there! As I was leaving, another woman returned to collect her clothes from her dryer only to find it too had stopped midstream! Surprise surprise! The man was nowhere to be found!"
