"I recharged my car with 25 dollars and I used three machine of 6 dollar each, and when I recharged the last one I saw the remaining balance was 1 dollar when was supposed to be 7, and also one of the machine only washed for about 3 minutes and when I talked with one of the lady that was working there she just said that the machines don’t charged twice and walked away ignoring me."

"Great location. Lots of machines ranging $9.50 to $3.50. Plenty of dryers. Plenty of carts and folding tables. Bathroom is disgusting and smells terrible! The staff seems to constantly clean the floors and the outside of the machines frequently. The customers are more of a problem. I found a rolled up latex (hospital) glove in a washer that I almost put my clothes in! People spill the detergent on machine top or floor and leave it! People throw their dryer sheets on the floor and leave their soda bottles. The staff try to clean up right away. But really why you gotta be so nasty! 4 stars cause of bathroom!"

"When I put my clothes in the dryer they were clean. I took my clothes out of the dryer these were the marks on them. As you can see they are shaped in the comb of the dryer. When I asked the man working he told me that it wasn’t the machine, I must’ve spilled food on them."
