"Brough a good leather bag to be fixed. They said leave the bag and let’s us evaluate. Never called with in 3 days to let me know what the story was. When I called oh we can fix it. 7 days later picked up the bag and the repair has an damage. They advised me take the bag because you are not going to be satisfied and the repair has visible damage. Horrible customer service, don’t offer to try and fix but accused the customer of not being satisfied."
