"Cleaners damaged (by burning) my wife's blouse and failed to take ownership for his work. We noticed the damage only after my wife removed the plastic from the garment a few weeks later. Owner claims blouse was brought in that way. I cannot recommend this dry cleaner in good conscious. This incident occurred on my second visit. I asked for the money back for his service on this blouse (~$6 USD), the owner then expressed a temper that was completely unprofessional and uncalled for. Never again will I visit this dry cleaner. I only wish I took to reading reviews more frequently."

"Terrible customer service. I took my sons 40 dollar suit there to be hemmed, I asked him how much it would cost he said he wasn’t sure. My first mistake was leaving it there to begin with but I needed it done and didn’t have time to shops around. I was thing 20 dollars tops. However when I picked up the suit today they charged me 40 bucks. Such a joke. I paid less for the suit. Don’t go here they will rob you blind."
