"My $400 coat was supposed to get cleaned, came out worse than when I put it in. When i got the coat out the cleaners it had spots on it, that I've never seen before. I really regret that I brought it HERE. It was a nice puffy coat prior to when I brought it in, but not anymore. They supposedly made a hole in the coat n feathers all coming out. The owner wouldnt admit to a mistake that he apparently made."
