"Gave them an expensive gown to hem. She gave me one price and when I picked it up, changed the price. I didn't try on the gown because I was in a rush... the gown was way too long. It was dragging on the floor and I kept tripping on it. I came back with the gown and the same shoes I originally tried them on with to show her. I wanted her to fix the hem. She refused. She was very nasty to me and said, "Maybe the gown stretched!! (How ridiculous) I can't do anything for you." She was very unprofessional and not helpful."
