"The (field and office) crew at Cesspool Pros were phenomenal! From the initial visit with Moe & James to discuss the anticipated work and price estimate and all of the follow-up discussions I had with Josie and Joann in the office, to the actual install work – the entire experience was better than I could have expected. The boss, Joe S., answered all of my questions, came to my home and walked our property to explain how they would demolish our older block cesspool and install the new septic tank and overflow pool. Our home had the original (~1960’s) block cesspool and overflow, but we came to find out during the install work that the pipe connecting to the overflow tank had collapsed. After receiving quotes from several companies, I knew after speaking with Joe that Cesspool Pros was the most knowledgeable and had our best interests in mind. Our house sits on a hill with a steep slope – the cesspool and overflow sit under the front lawn. This was a serious concern of ours due to the limited amount of space to work with in the front lawn. After meeting and speaking with Joe, he walked me through the entire process of how/where they were going to route the new piping and install the new septic tank and overflow. On the day of install, Joe and his crew arrived on-time and ready to work. They worked very meticulously to spare our front retaining wall and front steps while accessing the existing waste pipe and installing the new one – they were able to route the new piping under the front steps and avoided having to cut up our driveway! Joe pre-planned for this aspect of the job and made sure that his crew had the right equipment to complete the work. The install went as seamlessly as it could have gone, and Joe answered all of my questions throughout the day. At the end of the job, I was pleasantly surprised at the fantastic job the crew did cleaning up the front of our house – if it wasn’t for the dirt turned over in our front lawn, you’d never know they had been there! They also installed some silt fence around the base of our front lawn as a precautionary measure. I highly recommend Cesspool Pros for any septic system work! They were competitively priced, knowledgeable, punctual, professional, responsible and overall a great crew of guys with a lot of experience working with one another."

I called Cesspool pros and spoke to Josie, both Josie and Joann were very concerned about my problem and very nice to talk to. Josie sent Billy out the same day to assess the problem. Billy and Brian came to fix it. They did a great job they were very professional. They had to dig up the lawn and cover the Cesspool. (The previous owners never sealed the Cesspool correctly.) After the job was finished, they cleaned up everything. They made sure everything was clean and the lawn looked great. I could tell that they took pride in what they were doing. I was very pleased with the entire process."
