"This Dry Cleaner is not honest and provides poor service. Employees are not helpful Left messages for owner manager and never recieved a call back regarding serious issue. Many other Dry Cleaning available in Thornwood and will take my business elsewhere."

"I’ve gone to this dry cleaners a few times now, even recently sending in my wedding dress to be cleaned and preserved. They do a pretty good job, are succinct but friendly, and overall satisfactory. I do think they are a little pricey, but I confess I haven’t compared prices to other local establishments. So far, I continue to come back here, so they’re solid in my opinion! EDIT: I’ve decided that I no longer want to use this business for my dry cleaning needs. I hear more from them about what they CAN’T do than what they can, and this is regarding normal cleaning requests. I’m kind of over it at this point. I get the feeling they don’t really want my business ultimately. So I’m happy to oblige and find a new place to take my clothes. Especially since they are quite pricey."

"If I could give this business negative 0 stars I would. March 31th 2022 I dropped off a very sentiment fur coat to have put into cold storage.I work in the area and thought it would be nice to patronage a local business. On Dec.24th I decided to pick up my fur and was told it was sent out and I have to call two weeks in advance to get my coat back..I found this ridiculous, because I have been cold storing my fur for the last 20yrs and it was always sent out and delivered back in November and ready for pick up!!..So I then said so exactly when will my fur be delivered and ready for pickup?? I was told January 5th because of the holiday. I went in last week to confirm and again was told January 5th..Today January 5th I went to pick it up and was told no coat yet, maybe later, and then told the delivery service just called and said January 6th..I found this totally ridiculous and have never been to a cleaners that makes you keep coming back and forth. I just called them and they said it should be tomorrow and they will call me..Now reading the reviews I'm very nervous about getting my fur back..Hopefully it will be there for pickup on Friday, but I need to let everyone know how unreliable they are..I have been telling people in town about my experience and alot have had a bad experience too..Pretty much the same as mine, not ready for pickup on the day they said it would be..Also alot of lost clothing or misplaced and found two weeks later. What good is a lost suit two weeks after the occasion it is needed for..Plus they are extremely rude!!..Terrible!!"

"I had an unfortunate experience where they dry cleaned instead of wash & press even though I've never had my shirts dry cleaned. They did provide a credit which I was appreciative of but the attitude wasn't friendly and it was argumentative."

"This is related to the new White Plains location in Mamaroneck Ave. I cannot believe I put up with these guys for several years and gave them thousands of dollars. In more than one occassion, they have shown to me that they do not care about the customer. For the work they have done for me: their quality is so-so and their prices are high. Their customer service is rude and non-existent. Yesterday was the "straw that broke the camel's back" for me. Incident date: August 25th, 2012 afternoon. I showed them a shirt collar that they had destroyed and the counter person shrugged her shoulders and said that she would put in a "note". This had happened a couple of times before, and so I told her that I was more interested in the future washes, especially with some of my expensive shirts. She outright told me that she could not guarantee anything because their "factory" was in a different place. When I asked her why Frederick's would not be able to stand behind its own work, she sarcastically told me that I could not expect her to "accompany the laundry to the factory". I pointed out to her that as a customer who paid Fredericks hundreds of dollars a year, she was about to lose a reasonable customer. She just rolled her eyes. As a person who is typically loyal, I gave her one more opportunity to save the customer by saying "I am sorry, it was my mistake to have selected Fredericks". She said "Yes". There are 5 other dry cleaning shops within 1 mile of that area. I cannot believe these guys are still in business."
