"I recently signed up with PowerPro to have my generator serviced twice a year. The generator is five years old and anything beyond changing the oil, plugs, filters and antifreeze is out of my league. I figured it was time to have the generator completely checked out. I shopped around a few companies and PowerPro was the best deal. I'm glad I decided to sign up with them. Rick was very polite and patient with me. He sent me information right away for me to review and didn't push me to sign up just to get a sale. I also asked about the Mobile Link system for the generator. He explained how it works and sent me paperwork on the system. I decided to have it installed. Their customer service called when the product arrived to set up the appointment for installation . On the day it was to be installed, Tyler called ahead of time and told me he was on the way, which was earlier then the time frame I was given. He installed the unit with no issues and was very neat to clean up. He explained how to set up the account and all the features. Yesterday my generator attempted to run its weekly run time but it failed with an error message. When I called PowerPro, they were closed. I didn't use their 24 hour emergency number since it wasn't something that needed immediate attention. I left a message on their regular voicemail about what was going on. The voicemail stated they open at 8am. At 808am today Rick called me back and left me a detailed message. When I called them back, I spoke TJ and Rick. They were both very helpful and explained why I received the error message, what it was, and how to clear it over the phone. They were great. I cleared the error code and the generator is back ready to run. I have only been with PowerPro a short time but so far they have been great. I would definitely recommend PowerPro to anyone looking a for complete service company for you standby generator."
