"We recently requested quotes to replace our 37 year old boiler/burner. After meeting with individuals from a number of companies, JCP Plumbing and Heating was awarded the job. To be clear, this was not an easy installation, as the dedicated boiler room is so small and cramped, an individual cannot step even partially into the room. Works is done from the doorway opening. From the very first call to the JCP Office, it was clear this was a well run business. My initial conversations were with the office manager, Christine. She was professional and a good listener. She quickly took down the pertinent information and arranged an on-site inspection. I next met Joe, the field manager/owner of JCP. He is essentially a hands on boss, with a number of skilled individuals working for him. And importantly for me, he manages the installation and does the copper tubing design work, and all the sweating of the fittings himself. NO pex tubing. NO crimp connectors. All copper. All sweat joints. For me, a major selling point when selecting a contractor is that I find and meet with the actual skilled individual(s) that will be doing the work, and not a sales person working on commission. ----- So I will try not to rave about JCP too much… But the quality of Joe’s design work and the physical installation was truly exceptional. Everything he said he would do he did. I was blown away with the cleaness of his work, in a very tight space. From top to bottom, the overall quality of the entire installation, simply could not have been better. This can be seen in the included images. Simply put, if you are in the market for a new boiler/burner, you would be crazy to not get a quote from JCP. Their work quality is top shelf. Also, the JCP price was one of the lowest prices we received. But if it hadn’t been, we would almost certainly have went with them anyway. They just made that good an impression!
