"This is probably the worst post office. I’ve bit my tongue writing a review but every time I come, there’s an attitude from the staff. I went on September 18th to mail out a small envelope package. I got there and staff was in the back room- I ring the bell and a middle aged black woman came out like she was annoyed I rang it. I told her I wanted to mail something out and she looks at the envelope and looks at me and goes “…okay” and just stares at me like I did something wrong. So I said “okay?” And she stamps it again and throws it with the other mail. No receipt, no tracking. Nothing. Crazy that you had to do your job that took like 30 seconds. This place actually sucks and needs better workers. If you don’t like where you work, it’s simple. Leave. Hope my piece isn’t lost somewhere cause of her negligence."

"I wrote the review below about a year ago and wanted to update it based on some changes that were made. The person that we had so many problems with is no longer there. What a difference! Strange how one person can have such a negative impact. It is once again, a great small town post office. The men and women who work there have done a wonderful job working through all of the obstacles brought on by COVID and the USPS bureaucracy. I use this post office a lot and have always received good service. That has changed in the last 6 months or so ago and I no longer like going to the counter. There is a young woman working there now, perhaps mid twenties or so, who is one of the rudest people I have ever encountered in my happy little town. She treats both customers and her coworkers with disdain which has not gone unnoticed by the community at large.I do plan to be using UPS going forward. I have been meaning to write this review for months.Luckily I now have the time, many don't. Will be contacting the postmaster next."

"My packages have been delivered damaged or opened ever since I complained about late delivery. I was also locked in the post office with the lights off while the girl behind the counter counted out her draw. There were never any problems with the previous group of workers. They have very poor customer service. I wanted to support our post office by using their services. I am now going to start using UPS for my packages. They need to hire more professional worker. Customer service is key."
