"My daughter has broken my house key while we were on our way out to drop her off at school. I was locked out with my 18 month old son. I came here to get a duplicate and literally in and out in about 5 mins I walked in and was greeted by everyone and even got a cute little Dallas cowboys key. I’ve lived in jersey city all my life and I’ve rode past here daily and never been inside but now I am a forever customer. I’m horrible with names. I believe his name was Brandon but he was so amazing!!! I thought my Monday was off too a bad start but you guys changed that right around. Thank you soooo much."
"They are inexperienced Crooks. Charge me $100 to visit my house to replace a lock. Then claim the door was too old to fix.The house call lasted less than a minute. Call another locksmith easy fix put a metal plate around the damaged area and added new locks. When I returned with pictures of the work that had been done. They refused to grant me any type of refund."
