"These people are incredibly rude and unprofessional. I’ve lived in my apartment for an entire year with a broken buzzer and my super has been trying to have them come fix it since the day I moved in (my building has a contract with this company). When I was finally called an entire year after moving in to be told they would be coming by, the man on the phone told me a specific time, only for them to be two hours late the day of my appointment. Having them over after such a hostile conversation on the phone was awkward and uncomfortable. If you’re going to be unprofessional, at least be kind. I hope I never have to deal with this company ever again."
"Don’t use this company! They are quick to respond to get your money but then when there is an issue they ghost you. They came yesterday to my apartment to change the cylinder which doesn’t work. I’ve called multiple times being placed on hold without response, left a voicemail and nothing. Now I have to call another company to fix what Webster Lock and Hardware didn’t do."
