"They suck"
"Charged me six figures on a major renovation job. Failed inspection three times before they finally passed, and in the process damaged part of my renovation while fixing their substandard work. They also installed a security system, which was also substandard. Multiple zones dead, probably had to do 10 callbacks. On the last of many callbacks on the security system, they canceled my contract and locked me out of the panel I PAID FOR. Fortunately, I found someone to do a take-over. When he audited my system, he discovered the CO and smoke detectors were never properly connected to central monitoring... putting my life at risk. I have a letter signed from my new security company attesting to the deficiencies. Oh, by the way... The prior Five-Star review is one of their employees. If you find that hard to believe, don't take my word for it. Call them up and ask for Hal Peller."
