"Pat is by far the best thing about Top Shelf Laundromat. Pat asked my name the first time we met. Even though I don't go often, she has addressed me by my name every time she sees me. I have always appreciated that. The only issue I've ever had at this place is another customer breaking into a conversation Pat was having while disparaging Pat and the content of that conversation. This customer stated she was taking her business elsewhere. I hope, permanently."

"Best place for laundry! Clean environment, clean machines, Great Staff (Pat)! Prices are great, easy to use app to pay, and comfortable places to sit while clothes are being washed/dried. Haven’t tried the wash and fold services- but I’ve witnessed the staff washing and folding clothes neatly and with care for the items they are caring for. A+++++"

"It's clean and offers places to sit and rest, plus there is a vending machine for drinks. I thought the washer prices were a bit expensive. My normal place charges $7 for a big boy washer. Here, it was $11.50. driers were a bit more expensive too. They do offer wash and fold service but I haven't tried it out yet. I think the cost is $2.50 per pound. It was busy so I took it to mean it's well liked. It is nicer than my usual place."

"We travel across country a LOT. So laundry is a big deal. Finding a clean, safe, functioning site that are user-friendly is liking finding a sweet unicorn....rare. I wish this place was a national chain (there are 3 facilities in NY) as they know what I want. Now this isn't the alley washhouse so expect to pay for quality....not outrageous but not dirt(y) cheap. I like that....especially when my clothes come out like I expect them to at home... clean! Super helpful and friendly. Just check the pics to see for yourself. Would give more stars if I could. Highly recommended."

"Without a single doubt, this is the best, cleanest and most modern laundromat in Tonawanda, North Tonawanda and Amherst. For 2 years I was using it just because I was neighbor, now that I have moved I had to comeback to here for laundry because no other laundromat can even compete with This place. The prices are so good, heated area, cozy chairs, playground for kids and the bathroom is always so clean. They are THE BEST. Also I always use DexterPay, no more need to deal with coin and cash!"
