"Worst person I have ever met. Rented from him for 3 years and it was the worst experience in my 20 year military career. Stay far away as he is not honest and a slum loard cheapskate. He is not a person I would allow to find me anything as he will lie to tell you what you want to hear. Not recommended"
"I was a tenant of Karl Ashley fir 2.5 years. My lease ran out after 2 years and Karl and I discussed signing another lease but never did. This was during Covid. I continued to pay my full rent even though my work hours were cut 50-75%. 5 months after my lease expired I moved out of state because I was being permanently laid off due to an anticipated Covid spike. I was due 2100 dollars in security deposit and only received 500. No explanation from Karl. In fact I have called and texted him NUMEROUS times with absolutely no response or acknowledgment. I added value to the home I rented from him. I installed a ceiling fan, two window treatments, planted some perennials in front and built storage shelves in the basement. I left this home clean and with no damage. He owes me 1600 dollars. HE IS A THIEF AND COWARD!! Refuses to answer my calls or texts. DO NOT TRUST HIM!"
"Called number mailbox was full. Called number again a woman answered. I had to ask if this is Exit Realty. After describing the property and location, the woman said she would look into it and get back to me. I then asked the woman for her name as she had never identified herself. It has been 12 days and I haven't received a call or voicemail regarding the property."
