"My Sons rented from bob by mistake...Place was horrible death trap !"

"Please everyone do not do business with Bob. He is a scamming slumlord. I paid rent and security and went to clean apartment 2 days before lease took effect, I never ended up taking possession of apartment because upon arrival I noticed black mold, rotten floor, rotten moldy refrigerator, windows nailed shut, windows didn't open, water damage all over, broken cracked windows, door handle fell off in my hand trying to open front door to get in apartment. The place is unsafe and unlivable..should be condemned. I will definitely be making some phone calls. I called Bob to explain the situation but he refused to give me my money back so he pretty much scammed me out of $825. He was also very rude yelling at me and making rude comments bashing women. I can only imagine what his other properties look like. Be very careful if you try and rent from him because he will scam you."

"VERY RUDE!!! I never spoke to Robert, but the lady that answered the phone when I called about an apartment was very very unprofessional and rude. When she asked how many people would be living in the apartment, I told her it would be me and my four children so five in total. She paused and then asked if there would be anyone else. I'm guessing she assumed there would be a husband or significant other. I told her no. She then asked if I would be having any more kids! You have no right to ask someone that. My mom called her because she was so angry and the woman told her they have a right to ask that. No ma'am, you have a right to ask how many people will be residing in the apartment, not if the prospective tenant will be having any more children. There was a few more things that was said but that was the kicker. On that experience alone, I wouldn't live in any of their apartments even if they gave me free rent."

"Had a good experiance with Mr. weichert. He prefers to do business in person. Which turned out to be helpful because I was able to talk about the property and get to know what other properties he had to offer. It was nice to find someone who does business the old fashioned way in an office with no hurry."

"Hello, I emailed this business to request a photo of a potential rental. I wanted to check if it was clean in hopes of renting the property. What I received in a reply was roughly quoted as "the photo(s) are at their office, I would have to go to their office to review them and if I was not willing to go there to see a photo, then I am not *''worthy of their effort''* " - This person expected me to either take a day off of work, or at least spend the time on a Saturday morning to drive to their office in Baldwinsville, which would be a total of 64 minutes(google mapped) driving time back and forth, simply to see a photo!? I was astonished by their tone and the notion. It's 2015, who doesn't email a photo upon request ? - I feel bad for anyone who uses WeichertRM to have their properties listed/rented or perhaps even sold. Clearly this potential of income was lost for someone due to WeichertRM's refusal to accommodate the simplest of business communications. In fact, since I was unwilling to go there, the person insulted me by writing as the last line in the email; "You are not worthy of my effort." --- How dare anyone in a position of business say to a potential client that they are not worthy of their effort !? That is morally reprehensible! ** I feel very disrespected and insulted. ** IMHO, Avoid Weichert RM unless you want to be bullied and insulted. [.. I wonder if this is something I should report to Equal Housing.] hmmm..."
