"I am tired of your company. I have been a customer for so long, and the email reminders are at the beginning of the month or the same day the late fee is added. Your automated system is conveniently set up for you guys so you can automatically add the late fees to all your customers. You guys don't even have storage with a temperature control. On top of that, since the first day I rented the storage room the main door is damaged and you have never changed it or fixed it. I have to use a rock to hold the main door every time I go to my storage. I study and work at the same time. It is very hard to make money since the pandemic. The only reason I had to rent storage was because the home I used to rent entered bankruptcy. I can't wait to move to another storage."

"If I could give them no stars I would! I rented a space, paid in advance, and let them know the date i'd be there to move in. I show up - the office is closed in the middle of the day - i wait an hour and speak to 5 different reps in corporate - no one ever shows - the woman calls me 2 hours later after I already secured another unit elsewhere - and tries to tell me she was there the whole time which was a blatant lie. So unprofessional. Waste of time and money. Also while I was sitting waiting I saw some tasteful tenants heading in and out having a whole party in their lot. Glad we didn't end up staying!!"

She was kind enough to sweep my storage unit to ensure it was clean before I began moving my items into it. Loved her can do, confident, very customer service oriented attitude.
