"Zero stars, how can you board passengers then sit for 40 minutes before canceling the flight due to pilot timed out….. REALLY!!!! Not to mention a $100 fee for a bag that was 3 pounds overweight….. got the bad back 30 minutes later tried getting the bag fee refunded and was told it was handled by staff so no refund. Had a friend drive me to LaGuardia and flew home on Spirt for $15 less and no overweight fee. Frontiers weight limit is 40 pounds and spirit is 48 pounds."

"Its kind of impressive how terrible this was. Show up earlier than normal because they will just abandon the desk and leave the airport staff scrambling to cover for them. Also they have no kiosks. We showed up at security and found a group of 4 other passengers also stranded. The airport staff had to help everyone get sorted out without the help of frontier. Frontier apparently shuts down the check in desk half an hour earlier then every other airline here. Its cheaper, but holy smokes, that was way more stressful then normal."

"I would choose 0 stars if possible. As a frequent frontier flyer I am disgusted with the actions of the airline. I have an unexpected death in the family and I paid extra upfront to be able to change my flight. An employee named Mizdi refused to connect me to a supervisor or honor our flight change. She also told me I need to contact the funeral director and get a form completed but it will still cost us additional $400 on top of the $700 we already paid. This is my last frontier flight and I have contacted the BBB."

"If the were a no star option I would not give a single star. This airline has the absolute worst policies they are about money and money only. You cannot get anyone on the phone at all. I purchased the wrong time to flight by mistake and I couldn't even exchange my flight to pay the difference for another day.. all they want to do is charge you for every little thing. Frontier won't even give you a sip of water without charging you... I Fly Southwest and buy the cheapest tickets and I am still able to change my flight and fly two bags free.. Southwest will answer the phone and answer your calls.. trust me folks I know their tickets are cheap but be careful when you fly frontier"
