"Went to pay for Priority Mail Shipping and they claimed their internet is intermittent and the transaction did not go through. When I checked my credit card through the app, it said it was charged but they still couldn’t do anything because it never showed up on their end due to their internet issues. Was forced to pay cash and their manager told me I had to call my credit card to resolve the issue. I will gladly change this review once they get their intermittent internet issues straightened out."
"I had to mail a package that had a pre-printed return label. I needed to buy an envelope for the item. Get to the counter with the Clerk who had the personality of a rock. Conveniently not wearing a name badge, she had long, dark hair. I handed her the package with the return label. She stated they are not allowed to attach the label to the envelope. No big deal, if that's protocol, I understand. I asked for packaging tape so I could adhere the label, which I have done many times before, and am aware they have the tape behind the counter for boxes, etc. This nasty thing made me purchase a roll of packaging tape, and when I questioned if she had tape behind the counter, she ignored me. Wonderful customer service, but, she has job security!"
"I Go to the Coram post office almost every day. The clerks at the windows are some of the nicest, most professional people you'll ever deal with. Ken,Jennifer,Joe and John are Exceptional! The USPS are lucky to have them. Keep up the good work guys!"
"I have always got top quality service at this Post Office. I find them very helpful in making suggestions. I think they are a good group! Based on using the services on about 10 occasions and mailing packages."
"I love this post office. Compared to the Medford one(which is downright slow and horrible) that I used to go because I lived in Medford. Coram is great. Once I even called them after the office closed to inquire about it package of mine and the lady happily helped me. Staff are very nice to."
