"I had given a 5 star rating previously however the level of competency at the New Berlin office has gone down drastically. Since the older ladies left and all they have are the young girls who are extremely incompetent in all aspects of the business. They cannot get anything done they never complete anything they say they are going to do. You take in changes that need to be done on your policy and 3 years later it is still not done. You cancel your insurance they assure you that it will be taken care of and that they will see that there is no more $ take out of your account and weeks later the payment for the insurance you canceled is still taking out of your account that in my book that is incompetence at its finest!"

We stopped in to the Gates-Cole Insurance office in New Berlin and where greeted by Kourtney Digsby and Amanda Scofield. I had did some research before going to them and read a lot of great reviews about them and decided they where the company I wanted to do business with. Well after our visit we where blown away with the professional, courtesy and friendly service. They answered all our questions, gave us a policy that fitted our needs and by the time we left I felt I made two new friends. So if any one is looking to buy insurance give these ladies a try. You won't be disappointed."
