"We have been long time customer and have been very satisfied with the work done by Sam and, after Sam retired, by his son, Ron. We spoke to Ron on 6/4/18 about cleaning and inspecting he furnace he installed and he said that work would be done in fall. I called again and left messages for Ron to call back on Oct. 9, October 17 and October 23 Ron has not returned my calls. I called again on October 24, got the same message requesting that I leave a message. I hung up. Maybe his will get review will get Ron's attention .....if he is still in business(?)."
