"This bank is very bad person people. Very bad, very bad, very, very bad experience with this bank."

"They be closing 30 minutes before the actual closing time, got there and seen people inside but all doors were locked and it was 3:43pm on a Tuesday. If it wasn't for the customer service people on the phone, I could have never got anything done. Horrible service on the actual branch."

"They closed my Checking Account without notifying me. When I asked to provide me with any letters of notification: they failed to provide me. I called to speak to the Manager few times (they put me on hold and never answer or they hung up on me). Never got a call back from the Bank to explain why this happened. I decided close my account."
