"I recently visited this post office, “window 3 when coming in “, with my small service dog and unfortunately had a negative experience. The staff member on duty was very unwelcoming and treated me in a disrespectful manner. Despite my explanation about my service dog and its importance, I was met with hostility and ultimately asked to leave. As a customer, I expect to be treated with courtesy and respect, regardless of any personal circumstances. It was disheartening to encounter such behavior, especially in a public service environment. I hope that the management of the post office will take steps to ensure that all staff members receive proper training on accommodating customers with service animals and promoting a welcoming atmosphere for everyone."
