Welcome to One Art Space, an inspiring art gallery located at 23 Warren Street in the heart of Manhattan, New York. We are thrilled to invite you to the opening reception of our latest exhibition, "Be Your Own Icon: Celebrating the Art & Life of Nicholai Khan," on Friday, August 23, 2024, from 6-9pm. This captivating exhibition runs from August 23 to September 1, 2024, with gallery hours from 1-6pm daily.
"Be Your Own Icon" marks the debut of Nicholai Khan's first published art book, available in a limited edition, alongside exclusive prints from this remarkable collection. Khan's series is renowned for its unique painterly style, which masterfully blends various mediums and vibrant color palettes with natural elements. This artistic endeavor pays homage to cultural heroes who embody the values, achievements, and qualities that Khan holds dear, serving as a powerful reminder of the limitless potential of the human spirit.
The exhibition features an impressive lineup of talented artists, including Kayo Albert, Katina Ansen, Ayako Bando, Jill Baratta, Cleopatra Browne, Jean Chiang, Milena Dimitrokallis, Ginke, Gulsum Keskinoglu, Afrocentric Keyy, Binna Kim, Eunice Kindred, Vaidehi Kinkhabwala, Ariel Kleinberg, Natalia Koren Kropf, Jenny Liu, Tato Lovere, Enrique F.
